Once you receive the email from me…
-go into the email from your Loan Officer that says First Option Mortgage in the subject line -scroll to the bottom of the doc list and click on the link 'click here to access your application' -on the 'create an account page' you will be asked to input the address info - Continue to enter the other info and create your account with a password and username you will remember as this is the location you will visit thru out the loan process to view all updates.

Once you set up an account you will receive an email from Ellie Mae…
-go into the email and click 'click here to activate this account' -enter the password you just created for your account -you are now logged in

Once logged in you will find a hyperlink to your loan documents
-click 'electronic loan documentation request' -click the 'esign' button -a page will appear stating that you agree to esign your loan documents. Click on the 'agree' button at the bottom of the page -a prompt to enter your security question/password will appear -your password to view the docs is the last four of your social security number. Enter the password and click next

Once in the loan docs
-each page will display a yellow tab with the word borrower, near the bottom -click on the yellow tab and your name will appear with the date -scroll to the bottom of each page and click the 'next page' button to continue thru the loan documents -once you click on the yellow tab(or if there is no yellow tab) scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'next page' the system will not let you move forward if there is a yellow tab that was missed) -when you get to the end click 'finish'. Careful you do not hit cancel or you will need to do it again.

-give the system a few minutes. Once the edocs have been sent back to your Loan Officer it will tell you Congratulations. Now click 'back to loan details'

You're almost done. -You will next click on the link for wet docs. Please print and sign and return via email/fax.
